Violin Cake
My daughter had a violin concert last December and I desinged this full size violin cake for the celebration afterwards. The cake turned out to be a big hit! Everyone loved the design, not to mention the yummy chocolate cake!

Hi Miriam! I just stumbled upon your blog tonight! I think this violin cake that you made is beautiful! My husband is actually a professional violinist and we (his family) would like to try to make him a simple violin cake if possible. I sent you an e-mail to ask for any tips/suggestions in helping us make his cake even half as nice as yours! Your daughter/family are lucky to have such a talented baker in the family! :)
