I was under some silent kind of pressure to do a cake for Valentine's day! This cake was produced as a result. My sweet heart and I invited some very good friends of ours over for a Valentine's day dinner which I prepared. At the end of the meal, I brought this lovely cake out for a dessert but no one wanted to cut into it!! :-)
