Tarte au Frommage a la Framboise

Delicious mini baked cheese cake. This is a yummy and very light cheese cake. I used Italian Mascapone cheese rather than the regular cream cheese. It is topped with sour cream and raspberries. Now, I have to make another one because all this description has made me wanna bite into it once more! :)
