Happy Birthday Melly! This, undoutedly was one of my most chanllenging cakes so far! It was a very demanding creation but the end result was just fantastic. The Ice SKates is hand-made in it entirety and was designed by me following a template!
Love the cake, love the taste of it which was Vanilla cake with coconut, lemon and a small amount of Italian Mascapone cheese filling and icing. The skates are carved out of styrofoam and covered in white fondant, the blade is also made of fondant and sprayed with a bit of pearl dust.
