Cheese Cake

I have not made a cheese cake for a while now. My friend's husband who use to make it for us just moved to Cape Town, S.A, lucky guys! I've been thinking of them a lot lately and  I am missing them a lot, especially today because I feel like having cc today! So I guess I have to start making my own cheese cake again. I was all set to make one today but when I looked in my fridge and pantry I was missing most of the ingredients! Which tells me that tomorrow will be a cheese cake day!
